Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where:

  • Product/customisation not available

  • Pricing/billing error detected

  • Insufficient payment authorisation

  • Export/import restrictions apply

You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Payment

Payments processed securely via Stripe. Accepted methods:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Apple Pay/Google Pay (where available)

Full payment required before goods dispatch. No payment on delivery.

Delivery

UK Mainland: 3-7 working days standard
Personalised/Custom Items: 7-14 working days

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Risk transfers to you upon delivery to your specified address.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Production starts once artwork/names/numbers/sizing confirmed and payment received.

No cancellations or refunds after production begins on personalised items.

Design approval: You are responsible for providing accurate artwork and details. We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied information.

Ownership & Risk

Goods remain our property until full payment received.
Risk of loss/damage passes to you upon delivery.

Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected:

  • 28-day cooling-off (14 days notice + 14 days return) for non-personalised items

  • Faulty goods: 30 days full refund, then repair/replacement

  • Non-returnable: Worn socks, personalised items (hygiene/custom exemptions)

Liability

Our liability limited to the cost of goods purchased.
Not liable for:

  • Loss of profits/business

  • Indirect/consequential losses

  • Late/incorrect delivery beyond our control

Intellectual Property

All design, logos, trademarks belong to OWNE. Personalised artwork you supply remains your property. We obtain implied license to produce goods as ordered.

Governing Law

These terms governed by English law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
